About Cherish Cyr
Cherish Cyr, the Head Trainer at F45 South Asheville, lives by the motto “You control your day!” Her journey is diverse, beginning with a social work background and then spanning over 12 years in retail and property management. Despite her managerial career, Cherish maintained an active lifestyle, which led her to discover F45 in 2016 when she moved to Asheville.
This incredible community inspired her to pivot towards a fitness career. In 2017, Cherish obtained her Certified Personal Training Certification from NASM and joined F45 South Asheville as a trainer. She later became Studio Manager before embracing motherhood and operating a retail store with her husband.
Cherish’s career has evolved, and she now serves as the Head Trainer, leading a team of personal trainers. Along the way, she expanded her expertise, acquiring certifications in Corrective Exercise, Nutrition, and Stretching and Flexibility from NASM. Cherish is a firm believer in F45’s motto, “Team Training, Life Changing,” aiming to positively impact everyone she encounters.
