According to the findings of a National Poll on Healthy Aging, approximately two-thirds of individuals aged 50 to 80 utilize integrative medicine techniques to prevent or address specific health issues.

The poll results unveiled the following insights:
1- Chiropractic care, massage therapy, meditation and mindfulness, yoga, and acupuncture were the most frequently employed integrative approaches.

2 – A remarkable 91% of respondents reported experiencing benefits from integrative therapies.
