Chiropractor Asheville Vitamin B12 & Neurobiofeedback for Depression

Hi!  This is your Asheville Chiropractor, Dr. Nicole D’Ippolito Lindsey, and I made a short video for you on how Vitamin B12 may improve depression medication outcomes.  The link between vitamin B12 deficiency and depression is well established, but research suggests that vitamin B12 blood levels that measure in the low end of normal may increase depression and affect response to treatment. A study in The Open Neurology Journal found that supplementing antidepressant treatment with vitamin B12 may give depressed people whose vitamin B12 blood levels are on the low end of normal the extra boost they need to feel better.  In our office, Dr. Nicole D’Ippolito Lindsey will recommend B12 supplements for depression and will often suggest a brain scan to evaluate your brain waves.  In fact, we are hosting a MUST SEE BrainCore workshop on Tuesday, February 24th at 6 PM and Friday, February 28th at 11:30 AM. Dr. Yonce will be explaining how brain waves may cause the symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADD, ADHD, Insomnia and more.  He will also review how BrainCore can regulate your brain waves to eliminate these symptoms and boost your brain function overall.  The snow is melted….so it is time to get plugged in!  Call 828-274-9799 to reserve your seat!
